I agree that my statement and/or image can be used by Premier Farm Credit (PFC) and any and all of its affiliated associations and other financing institutions associated with it for any and all marketing and public relations purposes, including for the AgForum newsletter, company communications, social media, print and electronic ads, and any marketing materials for an unlimited period of time. I warrant that I am of full age and have full right and authority to contract in my own name with respect to myself and/or the above-described property or on behalf of the above-named minor child. If I am acting as an agent or employee of a legal entity that owns property images of which are subject to this Release, I warrant that I am fully authorized to sign this Release on behalf of such legal entity. I further represent and warrant that I have read the above authorization, release and agreement prior to its execution, and that I am fully familiar with its contents. This Release shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representative and assigns. In return for agreed consideration for the use of the statement(s) subject to this Release, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I also hereby agree to indemnify, release and hold Premier Farm Credit and its affiliated associations and other financing institutions, and its and their directors, officers and employees, harmless from all suits, actions, losses, damages, claims or liability of any character, type or description, including without limitation, all expenses of litigation, court costs and attorney’s fees, in any way arising from or related to the use of any image or statement subject to this Release. I also hereby waive any right I may have to inspect or approve the finished product or products, marketing or other material in which the images subject to this Release may be used.
