We are seeking a Loan Officer that can grow and service a mortgage and commercial loan portfolio and associated related services. Production ag knowledge and two years of ag lending experience is desired. The successful candidate will have strong marketing and credit analysis skills, the ability to analyze and interpret credit information, prepare credit write-ups and approve loans within delegated lending authority. Excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving, and analytical skills are essential. Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, business, finance, banking, economics, or a related field is preferred. Successful candidate will be proficient in Word and Excel, with the ability to quickly develop high competence in company loan system programs and work collaboratively with a motivated lending team.
