The positions will be based in the office that is most convenient, but will be required to spend some time working in each of our offices in Sterling, Yuma, and Fort Morgan. Eligibility: We prefer students who are currently a college junior or senior with minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 scale, and who are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Ag Economics, Ag Business, or other ag-related field. Candidates must have strong communication skills, analytical and computer skills, and leadership ability demonstrated through involvement in extracurricular activities and outside work experience. A farming or ranching background is preferred, along with a desire to live and work in our territory upon graduation.
