Position: Loan Officer
Location: Yuma, CO
Premier Farm Credit is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Loan Officer to join our team. In this role, you’ll help grow and service our mortgage and commercial loan portfolio by developing strong customer relationships and delivering practical financial solutions to our borrowers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Interview customers, assess their financial needs, and propose tailored loan solutions
- Ensure compliance with FCA Regulations and Association credit policies and procedures
- Manage an assigned loan portfolio, including large and complex credits
- Complete credit and collateral analysis, including inspections and chattel reports
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity
- Collaborate with teammates to implement sales strategies and achieve business goals
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan application and approval process
- Support seamless loan processing, closing, and servicing
- Represent Premier in the community and support our mission to serve agriculture and rural communities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in agriculture, business, finance, banking, economics, or a related field is preferred
- Strong understanding of agriculture and business financial principles
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and customer oriented
- Agricultural background and an understanding of regional market conditions are a plus
Compensation:
Competitive compensation package with team bonus opportunities. Salary and grade will reflect your experience and qualifications.
- Senior Loan Officer: $90,000 - $120,000. (7+ years of experience)
- Loan Officer: $65,000 - $90,000. (2-6 years of experience)
- Loan Officer Trainee: $55,000 - $65,000. (less than 2 years of experience)

Job Title: HR & Compliance Specialist
Location: Sterling, CO
Premier Farm Credit is looking for a motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented HR & Compliance Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting employees, ensuring compliance, and helping the Association achieve its goals. The HR & Compliance Specialist will provide leadership and guidance on HR operations and will serve as the Association’s Standards of Conduct Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides effective management of human resource issues
- Manages the day-to-day HR Operations functions
- Administers employee onboarding, offboarding, and orientation programs
- Leads recruitment efforts, including career fairs employment brand building and broad posting of job opportunities, screening, and interview coordination
- Develops the annual Human Capital Plan
- Enters employee data in the HRIS system related to new hires, terminations, transfers, title changes, compensation changes, etc.
- Assists the CFO in reconciling the semi-monthly payroll
- Assists employees with benefit and payroll inquiries
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Coordinates and supports training and development initiatives
- Administers and promotes our training platform usage by identifying and sharing relevant courses that align with management’s training initiatives or focus areas.
- Supports performance management and employee relations processes
- Contributes to HR policy development and implementation
- Serves as Standards of Conduct Officer, monitors adherence to the standards, provides reporting, training and guidance and helps build a culture of compliance
- Administer the compliance hotline service to receive, document, and address confidential reports of unethical, unsafe, or non-compliant behavior, ensuring timely resolution to protect the organization's employees, assets, and reputation
- Reviews and investigates suspected violations and files Criminal Referrals when warranted, ensuring all necessary reporting is completed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of HR experience preferred
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive compensation package. Grade and salary commensurate with experience, with a base salary range of $60,000-$85,000 plus a team bonus. This range is a good-faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of this posting.
